Racing resume summary: 2018 Novice Year: 4th Overall Novice, Lightweight Twins Champion, 3rd overall DSS, 3rd overall DSB, 2nd Overall F2. 2019 Expert Year: Rookie Expert Champion, 15th Overall expert, 4th Lightweight Division, 2nd overall Heavyweight Twins, 2020: 6th Overall Expert, 2nd Overall Lightweight Division, 2nd Overall DSS, 2nd Overall DSB, 2nd Overall Heavyweight Twins, Lightweight Twins Champion, 2nd Overall Formula 2. 2021 So far: 2nd place in Lightweight, 5th Overall expert, leading DSS in points, 2nd in DSB, leading heavyweight Twins, leading lightweight Twins, 2nd in formula 2. Our team is leading superteams overall.

Art is an organizer for Texas Sport Bike Riders since 2014 and has extensive experience in organizing rides, meet and greets, events, and leading training sessions. Additionally, Art was a contributing member of RideSmart Motorcycle School, an Austin-based organization which hosts track days at all Texas tracks to include Circuit of The Americas (COTA). Art served as a school instructor for beginner and intermediate level classes and led the Advanced Riders Course. Art holds a personal best lap time of 1:39 at MSR Houston!

Berto, while new to mentoring, has been riding for eight years. Five of those being on the track. He took a two year hiatus but has now returned to share his knowledge with others. His mission is to help others accomplish and surpass their goals through encouragement, guidance, and determination.

Another 3:16 Trackdays rider/customer has joined our team. Bobby attended our first event ever at Harris Hill Raceway on Labor Day 2018. He went on to WIN the B SuperStock Championship, and took 2nd overall for B Superbike and C Superstock! Bobby is now a CMRA Expert!

Chris is the owner of MotoHouston.com he has been helping riders on and off track for years ! It’s great to have him helping control ride for us at COTA!

Cliff is a native Texan and has been riding track since 2013 and road racing since 2015. Cliff has competed with CMRA on a Yamaha R6 and R3 with many podium finishes and has also competed in Texas Mini GP bringing racing experience on multiple machines to the table. Cliff has 21 years in the military and serves as a Brigade operations sergeant for a unit in San Antonio and is a First Sergeant for a unit in Sequin. He has a passion for mentoring and coaching others to reach their full potential in everything they do. In addition to that, Cliff created Partee Designs a decal and sticker business producing decals and sticker products for the motorcycle community.

Down to earth, fun, fast, and great photos! Damien has been helping riders at Harris Hill via the Texas Motorcycle Academy “how we roll” course. He not only will make you a better rider but he’s likely going to keep you smiling all day. Super fun guy!!

Former AMA Racer, Former Coach at various CA track organizations, Fluffy brings a ton of talent and technical knowledge to our events. If you get matched up with him you are in for a treat!

David is literally a Sensei !! He Owns and Operates a martial arts business and is not new to mentoring others. He has been working hard on and off track and racing this year. I am delighted to have made a new friend and have him join our crew!

Again the most nicest people you meet at the track, the most humble, are often the most successful and fast. He’s loaded with trophies and at the CMRA Banquets you get to hear him give thanks up on stage. That to me .. speaks for itself but the feedback we get from riders he works with just adds to his accolades!

I starting riding sport bikes in 1992 as there were no real trackday opportunities other than racing. After starting with the CMRA in 1998 and doing tons of Trackday riding, I am excited with the opportunity to work with such a great organization like 3:16 Trackdays. I am an Army Veteran , CMRA expert and small business owner. See you at the track!

Dirk is a CMRA Expert and owner of 212 Decals. He has Mentored for us before and will be helping us with control riding for this event!

Dominguez has nearly 30 regional championships, multiple AMA SuperSport wins and pole positions, multiple track records and now provides a rider coach service that is unlike any other. More focused on mental readiness as well as perfecting the race craft! With data and knowledge of all the tracks in CMRA as well as WERA, MRA, and MotoAmerica, he can help anyone go faster and ride smarter on race day. Dustin has Raced and Podiumed at COTA with MotoAmerica!

I started riding at age 13, my first bike was a Honda NSR50, I started racing TMGP and CMRA the following year at 14 on a Grom. I spent 2 years at Novice, riding an RS125, KTM390 and an R3 and then moved to expert. Throughout my CMRA and TMGP careers, I was class champion through multiple Novice and Expert classes. In 2017 I moved to MotoAmerica to participate in the KTM Cup. My best finish was 4th at Barber and finishing the season in 9th out of 32. I stayed with MotoA for one more year competing in the Liqui-Moly Junior Cup on a Graves R3, again my best finish was 4th at VIR. I finished the season 15th out of 42. I finished 33 out of 34 races I entered in MotoAmerica. 2019-2021 I took time off to graduate and find a career path and that has landed me at VonHertell/Road and Track and I’m ready to go racing!

One of the nicest and most humble guys you will ever meet in the paddocks. I met Eddie 2-3 times in passing before I knew who he was. Humble and modest in person but fast and fierce on the track! Eddie has helped us at many events and we are thrilled to have him among us!

I started racing with the CMRA in 2010 and currently still hold a race license with the organization. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to race with MotoAmerica at Circuit of the America’s and at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It’s always a pleasure to be able to help and to pass on knowledge assisting with techniques that build riding skills and the confidence needed to achieve the desired goal(s).

We are so excited to have JC on the team! Such an impressive young man who just graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Marketing! He has been racing his entire life and truly love this sport. He holds a PB of 2:17 at COTA …. on a 600cc bike!

Another Top Novice Racer has joined our ranks ! We are so thrilled to have this legit “fast guy” among us helping riders achieve their goals. Jeff is on the podium quite frequently and he’s getting faster all the time!

John grew up riding dirt-bikes as a child and later in life lead to realizing his passion racing sport-bikes. An Expert racer in the CMRA, he won several Novice sprint and endurance class Championships. He has worked with hundreds of individuals as a motorcycle track coach for the last 5 years. He also has experience training for different technology companies in his day job. He takes pride in bringing fellow riders to the track and giving them the knowledge and guidance needed to achieve their goals.

Jet is one of my personal best friends and has done tremendous things for the community. In 2014 he started the “Second Sunday Easy Ride” in Austin Texas and helps new riders every month. I met him at Cycle Gear years ago and took him to his first track day. He later on became an instructor with RideSmart and also became a CMRA Racer. He did his first round on his R6 at Hallet in May and WON his class in F40 Novice. He is a class act on and off the track and I am proud and blessed he is on the team!

Julie has been part of the MSR-Houston track community longer than I can remember. She is modestly fast and the most common thing I hear her say is "how can I help you" she is fun, funny, and fast what more could we ask for to help bring more riders into our track fam!

"Kasey probably has one" if you are at the races and in a bind, need something, that's usually what you hear. Kasey is a super helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable expert racer within the community. He was always mentoring anyway ... so it seemed natural to bring him into the fold to help us develop the next generation of racers and mentors!

CMRA Racer, Harris Hill Club Member and Lead Instructor for How we Roll and Intro to Track at Harris Hill Raceway – “Hi everyone my name is Kier Garcia and I’ve been doing track days for about 5 plus years. Been teaching and Harris Hill Raceway for about 2 years and going. Just recently got my CMRA license to race. Love riding the track, racing and most of all teaching.”

Kyle attended one of our events and was SOLD! He understands the concept and wanted to be a part of helping new riders get into the sport. His enthusiasm and genuine care for others sold me!

Logan has been riding with 3:16 Trackdays and learning from the Experts, it's showing and his hard work and dedication is paying off. He has a great attitude and a personality that makes everyone want to be at the track! He is a Marine by profession, so as he masters the craft we have no doubt he is going to be a warrior on the track as well!

Marco is an active CMRA Racer where some of his achievements are the 300 Superstock Championship, F40 Champion and LWT Championship. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA in Business. Marco is a Mexican native and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He understands the Mexican culture and can help international riders with mentoring! Macro joined with 3:16 because he truly believes in the program after being a 3:16 rider himself.

Marquis Davis, born in Okinawa, Japan, started riding at the age of nine on dirt bikes. In high school he started riding cruiser motorcycles which led him to start riding sportbikes by 1993. Marquis’ first track day was at the Hockenheimring in Germany and has been doing track days ever since. Now he has the opportunity to race on the FMD endurance race team with the help of Raceforthewounded.com. In addition, Marquis has been attending riding classes every few years to keep learning, improving, and being as safe as possible while coaching other riders when he can.

I have had the pleasure of watching Patrick from his very first trackday all the way to his current status as a CMRA Expert. He has tons of energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm that makes working with Patrick a lot of fun! An Expert Podium Photo of Patrick tells it all.

Owner of Sport Bike Repair in San Antonio Texas. – Paul is quite possibly the most experienced “coach, instructor, mentor” in the entire line up. Paul has helped countless riders get to “level 3” aka advanced etc.

Paul is an amazing guy, I have been watching his racing career since he was a novice. He is always in the front group and keeps getting better and better! I am so excited he has decided to join us! Paul is articulate, technical, practical to the point and FAST!

#120 Pops like to focus on observing the riders, giving feedback for improvement, and then watching them grow in real time on the track. We are super excited to have him with us for this event! Pops has a PB at MSR Cresson of 1:20

Rob Green is an avid road race fan, dirt bike rider, and all around lover of the sport. He has an infectious positive attitude and we are thrilled that he will be working with us!

RMJ has won multiple championships in the CMRA and now racing in the twin cup series in MotoAmerica! During the 2019 season, RMJ teamed up with Keith Hertell of VonHertell Racing Services and built a topnotch racing machine that allowed RMJ to push his already daring limits. When he’s not at the track, RMJ loves spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 amazing children. He enjoys racing motorcycles all across Texas and the United States as well as being outdoors as much as he can.

When I was taking my CMRA Class Sean himself walked in and offered to Mentor any new racers if they wanted help with becoming a CMRA Racer. This never left my mind, I was very honored when Sean accepted the opportunity to help us!

Sean is an up and coming racer and a FAVORITE of many 3:16 Trackdays riders we are excited to have him coaching with us again! And … he’s fast!

CMRA Expert, Harris Hill Raceway Instructor – Shawn has been instructing new riders at Harris Hill Raceway under the Texas Motorcycle Academy for years. The “How We Roll” format there was directly incorporated into our programs. Shawn has great experience helping new riders become comfortable and learn the fundamentals of track riding.

I’ve been riding since I was 13. Starting doing trackdays in 2016. Started racing in 2019. Finished 6th overall in A Superbike, A Superstock and F1 in my first novice year. Currently leading in A Superbike Novice this year.

Cosmo was almost literally raised on the race track. He has been competing since he was 7 years old! He became a CMRA Expert in 2016, he has a wealth of knowledge in road racing which has been his life. A day with Cosmo will be a treat for anyone wanting to learn more!

Steve is an active CMRA Expert, he has been a mentor for 3:16 Trackdays in the past and bring with him a great deal of experience, wisdom, and above all … SPEED!

“Shake” just keeps getting faster and better all the time! Shake loves racing and simply infects everyone with his passion! He also competes on a Ninja 400 and is SHAKING UP the light weight class! Shake is actively racing MotoAmerica and doing fantastic!

Suneeta is always at the track with her awesome husband Sean, they travel together, ride together, and now they are racing together. She has been a member of MSRH for years and is part of the family. Her great personality and positive attitude help make "new" trackday riders comfortable and relaxed so they can focus on the fun part of riding!

Tony came to us wanting to help, nothing more. It doesn’t hurt that he can ride well, has no ego, and just wants to help people have fun on the track. When you take in this much enthusiasm, and willingness to share you get something great from it. Happy to have Tony with us.

If you made it this far you probably know who I am by now. My wife and I put our faith in Jesus Christ and prayed before starting this organization. We pray for you all before each event. And we hope that this and all track days bring you joy and happiness. Thank You for being part of this journey with us. I started "trackdays" back in 2012 at Texas World Speedway in the RAIN! Why? I could have stayed in the paddocks like everyone but I wanted to learn to ride better period. I then attended every possible trackday I could, got a race license, and started to get faster. On January 17, 2016 I was in a practice accident that nearly killed me, I was unconscious in a hospital for 3 weeks and in a total of 5 weeks! At first I thought maybe I would never ride again, that lasted less than a day I think, I told myself I would just ride my Sport Tour bike and chill out on speed, that lasted about 3 days. I then asked "how bad is the bike?" before I could walk without a cane I was in a garage with my best friend taking the bike apart. I was terrified to get back on track but I knew it was what I loved to do and had a passion for. This also made me reflect and consider there has to be a smarter way to do this. I worked with several AMA, MotoAmerica, Expert Racers, Novice Racers, and Seasoned Coaches and we developed The America Superbike Camp "R.A.C.E.R" Methodology. It works and leads to more progress and less motorcycle repairs and orthopedic visits. It also leads to more progress because you can actually get faster mainly because you are crashing less and spending more time getting faster than recovering! After 5 long years of working my way back to a slow "race pace" I won the 2020 CMRA Formula 40 Novice Championship! Come and join me for a ride!

May is known around the paddocks as the glue that makes this whole operation family. Her inviting smile and way of dealing with all issues makes 3:16 Trackdays "home" for many riders. She went "all in" with me (Ignacio) and puts in many hours behind the scenes taking care of details that makes the difference in everyone's experience. She loves riding and gets on track still whenever she can.
