In addition to that we have partnered with Texas Motorcycle Academy at Harris Hill and Sport Rider Coaching at Eagles Canyon Raceway.

Aaron Graham MotoAmerica Racer, CMRA Expert – Aaron Graham – Moto America Team MotoHana Racing, Aaron is not only an expert racer but is a Member of MSR Cresson where he will be leading our track walk in the morning. Aaron has told us “I want to breed racers”! Aaron first found his true passion for road racing at Harris Hill Raceway in San Marcos, TX which led to him getting licensed to race and competing in CMRA, WERA, and CEV in Spain. Aaron became a CMRA expert in 2017 and started racing MotoAmerica in 2018 on the Motohana RaceworxUSA Supersport team where he is still currently racing. Aarons PBs? 1:16 at Cresson and 1:36 at MSR Houston
Doug Frenchak – “Doogie Fresh” – I call him “his fresnhess” he has inspired me to treat this sport more serious and actually use my brain and train. Since meeting Doug I have not crashed again and I no longer get tired on track. This man trains seriously for this sport! Doug has several Expert Championships including 2017 F1 Expert, Superstock A, and Suberbike A, and has held the #3 Overall Plate! Doug has a PBs of 1:14 at MSRC and 1:35 at MSRH
Zach Vonler – Lead Instructor “Respect the Craft” CMRA Expert, CMRA Novice Champion, Harris Hill Club Member
Zach is a lover of all kinds of bikes, having ridden and raced bicycles and motorcycles most of his life. He instructed for RideSmart from 2013 through 2016, and won the 2014 CMRA Novice championships in the D Superstock, D Superbike, and Lightweight Twins classes. He’s been a motorcycle member at Harris Hill Raceway since 2012. He’s not racing actively but is still quick and studies the craft! For example in 2017 he ran a 2:29 at COTA on a Aprilia Tuono! Zach holds PBs of 1:22 at MSRC and 1:42 at MSRH
Ben Goodling – CMRA Expert and Sport Rider Coaching Coach: formally a Texas state MSF instructor. Ben has a specialty in lightweight riders and racers on Ninja 300, R3 and similar machines but coaches all skill levels on all bikes. Ben holds a personal best of 1:19 at MSR Cresson
Shandra Crafford – CMRA Expert and MSR Cresson Club Member – Shandra brings to the table years of road racing experience, the knowledge of a MSR Cresson as a Club Member, and the skills that allow her to run a personal best of 1:25 at MSR Cresson and 1:44 at MSR Houston
Jorge Guererro Jr – CMRA Expert, Sport Rider Coaching Coach – Jorge is a great racer with tons of skill and experience. He was my “ARC” Instructor back in 2013 and helped me transition to “Level 3 and Racing” The most fun I have ever had on track has been with Jorge. Jorge holds PBs of 1:17 at Cresson and 1:39 at MSRH!
Ben Jones – CMRA Expert, Sport Rider Coaching Coach, Owner of Southern Adrenaline – Ben is yet another super coach sent to us by our friends at Sport Rider Coaching, he is the owner of Southern Adrenaline and overall a great racer and coach!

Marquis Davis – Lead Instructor and Harris Hill Member, Instructor, Professional Track Videographer
Marquis Davis, born in Okinawa, Japan. Started riding at the age of nine on dirt bikes, in high school started riding cruiser motorcycles. Started riding Sportbike in 1993. First track day was at the HockenheimRing in Germany. Been doing track days ever since. Now I have the opportunity to race on the FMD endurance race team with the help of Raceforthewounded.com. Also have been coaching other riders when I can. Attend riding classes every few years to keep learning and improving — being as safe as possible.
Damien Kimbrough – Harris Hill Member and Instructor for “How we Roll”
Grew up in Germany and Italy, fell in love with motorcycles when I saw Top Gun, it turned into an obsession and passion as soon as I saw Kevin Schwantz at Hockenheim racing and how thousands of people covered the Autobahn to go watch. My first motorcycle was a 1992 NSR-250R which I crashed in 15 minutes after saving up 3 years to get it. Since then I’ve owned a 1993 GSX-R 750, 1999 TL1000R, 1996 CBR-900RR, 2006 GSX-R1000, and a 2015 R1. First time I ever touched a race track was the Nurburgring Nordschliefe, since then I’ve been lucky enough to ride Nurburgring GP track, Mugello, Valencia, Anneau du Rhin, Spa, Hockenheim, Oesrschleben, Circuit of the America’s, and Harris Hill Raceway.
Jason Abbott – CMRA Racer, Harris Hill Instructor – Jason instructs at Harris Hill, Races in the CMRA and enjoys helping riders “find the lines” and become better riders.
Dave Hawes – CMRA Novice Racer, Dave has been riding, racing and coaching for years. Super nice guy and will jump through hoops to help people.
Sean Sudhakaran – CMRA Novice Racer, MSR Houston Member – Sean is a member at MSRH and currently a Novice CMRA Racer which won’t last long. He runs expert times and can churn out 1:38s regularly. I first met Sean while he was coaching his wife who also rides. I thought to myself … now that is LOVE for HER and the SPORT.
AJ Jacobson – CMRA Expert, AFM Expert – New to Texas but not new to the scene! She has arrived and we are delighted to have “honeybadger” with us!
Cosmo Hertell – CMRA Expert – My Friend Cosmo I’ve been watching race for years! He agreed to come out and help us out!
Ignacio Pedregon III Owner:Operator, CMRA Racer, Instructor, Safetey Officer at Harris Hill, – I am one of the founders of TexasSportBikeRiders.com where the idea of “Mentoring” was developed. I have worked with several trackday organizations and developed this unique and new format where the mission is to deliver “enjoyable and usable track time”. JC Camacho – MotoAmerica Racer for Team MotoHana Racing and a CMRA Expert – We are so excited to have JC on the team! Such an impressive young man who just graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Marketing! He has been racing his entire life and truly love this sport. He holds a PB of 1:33.2 at MSRH and 1:14 at MSRC
Steven Shakespeare – MotoAmerica Racer and CMRA Expert – “Shake” just keeps getting faster and better all the time! Shake loves racing and simply infects everyone with his passion! He also competes on a Ninja 400 and is SHAKING UP the light weight class! Shake just made his debut in MotoAmerica in the Twins class. His PBs are no Joke with a 1:17 at Cresson and a 1:37 at MSRH
Paul Garcia – CMRA Expert – Paul is an amazing guy, I have been watching his racing career since he was a novice. He is always in the front group and keeps getting better and better! I am so excited he has decided to join us! Paul holds a PB of 1:35:53 at MSR Houston and 1:17 at MSRC
Mike Klesel – CMRA Expert – I was so happy when Mike Accepted the opportunity to work with us. I’ve seen this guy develop over the years and adding one more TOP CMRA EXPERT to our Mentor List was just another blessing to be had! Mike has a PB of 1:35 at MSRH and 1:17 at Cresson
John McKenzie – CMRA Expert, Instructor, TXSR San Antonio Founder –John grew up riding dirt-bikes as a child and later in life lead to realizing his passion racing sport-bikes. An Expert racer in the CMRA, he won several Novice sprint and endurance class Championships. He has worked with hundreds of individuals as a motorcycle track coach for the last 5 years. He also has experience training for different technology companies in his day job. He takes pride in bringing fellow riders to the track and giving them the knowledge and guidance needed to achieve their goals.
Paul Carter – Coach, Instructor, Mentor, TXSR San Antonio Founder and Owner of Sport Bike Repair in San Antonio Texas. – Paul is quite possibly the most experienced “coach, instructor, mentor” in the entire line up. Paul has helped countless riders get to “level 3” aka advanced etc.
York Oldfather – CMRA Expert – Yorke has been a mentor of mine for years, he “instructed” along side with me at another organization and I am very thankful he is able to help us out!
David Dahms – CMRA Expert – David is new to 3:16 Trackdays but not new to racing. He is just as excited as we are to jump in and mentor riders!

“JET” Jonathan Thayer – Team Lead TXSR Organizer Austin, CMRA Racer – “JET” As we call him is one of my personal best friends and has done tremendous things for the community. In 2014 he started the “Second Sunday Easy Ride” In Austin Texas and helps new riders every month. I met him at Cycle Gear years ago and took him to his first trackday, he later on became an instructor with RideSmart and also became a CMRA Racer. He did his first round on his R6 at Hallet in May and WON his class in F40 Novice. He is a class act on and off the track and I am proud and blessed he is on the team!
Jorge Cando – Team Lead TXSR Organizer TXSR Houston Group – Jorge serves as one of the organizers for TXSR Houston where the entire idea of “mentorship” comes from. TXSR takes riders on controlled rides, sets up events, and attends trackdays. Jorge has literally wants to help give back to the community and is coming all the way from Houston to do it!
Ben Hunter- CMRA Novice Racer – And the Rider becomes the Mentor! Ben has attended several of our events this year, he is on the podium every race and I am excited he is going to help mentor riders!
David Aue CMRA Racer – David is Literally a Sensei !! He Owns and Operates a martial arts business and is not new to mentoring others. He has been working hard on and off track and racing this year. I am delighted to have made a new friend and have him join our crew!
Kyle Mallett – CMRA Racer – Kyle attended one of our events and was SOLD! He understands the concept and wanted to be a part of helping new riders get into the sport. His enthusiasm and genuine care for others sold me!
Dirk Anderson – CMRA Expert, Owner Operator of 212 Decals – Dirk has been a great friend, advisor and help behind the scenes helping me with 3:16 Trackdays on the business side. He also happens to be an expert racer and is helping us for our grand finale!
Manoli Poulis – CMRA Expert, Owner Operator – TeamFellonKnee racing, there is no nicer guy in the race paddocks, Manny helped us fill gaps on short notice for August 3/4 and did an outstanding job helping riders either fix bikes or giving advice on the track. We are blessed to have him back again.
Sean Brown – CMRA Expert – When I was taking my CMRA Class Sean himself walked in and offered to Mentor Any New Racers if they wanted help with becoming a CMRA Racer. This never left my mind, I was very honored when Sean accepted the opportunity to help us!
General Manager for MSRH Labor Day – CMRA Expert Racer, Former Ridesmart ARC Instructor, Member of TXSR Leadership Team– Having been an organizer for Texas Sport Bike Riders since 2014, Art has extensive experience in organizing rides, meet and greets, events, and leading training sessions. Additionally, he was a contributing member of RideSmart Motorcycle School, an Austin-based organization which hosts track days at all Texas tracks to include Circuit of The Americas (COTA). Art served as a school instructor for beginner and intermediate level classes and led the Advanced Riders Course. Art holds a personal best laptime of 1:39 at MSR Houston!
