The 3:16 Trackdays Experience will be different from your average tack day. We have limited spots available for our events and will not over sell.
Sold Out – Events with the product marked at Quantity 0-ZERO (sold out) and no longer available.
Walk Ups – Walk Ups for Sold Out Events will not be taken
Walk Ups Not Sold Out – We will take a walk up before the riders meeting and you must attend the riders meeting. If you come after this you will not be taken in.
Cancellations can not be accepted within 2 weeks of an event, we will try to sell your spot but can not guarantee it. If we are able to sell your spot you will be refunded less processing fees.
If the facility cancels we will have to cancel, otherwise the event can not be cancelled. If the facility reschedules you will be given the new date or a credit on the 3:16 Trackdays web site which can be used for future events. This is because the track has been paid for and the cash has not returned to us. Please consider this before accepting terms and conditions at check out.
We will try our best to facilitate a transfer of the spot to another rider.
